For items weighing under 70kg please allow 1-3 working days. Order by 2 pm for same-day dispatch (weekdays only). Exclusions apply.

For items weighing over 70kg please allow 2-5 working days. The Courier will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Exclusions apply.

Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for weather or courier-related delays.

If you need to be certain an item is in stock and available, or if you need a lead time, it's worth calling our sales team.

In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. The availability information given is a guide only and not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.

Please be aware that in most instances, when you order items that have different delivery times the longest delivery time will apply to all of your orders. If you would like to receive items with shorter lead times sooner please call us - an additional delivery charge may be payable if you choose to split your order.

1500rpm machines or larger diesel generators, however, are typically priced on application and all depend on the destination. We will be happy to quote on any large diesel generator and discuss your needs over the phone or via email.

Please note that the processing of a payment and acknowledgement email does not constitute a legally binding contract. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or if we believe the machine will be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

ACCEPTING DELIVERY: Please be aware that you MUST check the condition of your product(s) IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. If an item is delivered damaged you must notify us within 24 hours. We cannot consider claims for transit damage beyond 48 hours following delivery.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

To arrange collection of your product, please contact our support to send you the return form to fill and return. We will arrange collection of your product within 2-3 working days after receipt of this completed form. You will receive an email including collection details and collection references once we have booked collection with our couriers. Please note we cannot arrange specific collect times, this is an all-day collection service.

IMPORTANT: All oil and fuel must be completely drained from the product prior to collection (if applicable). This is for health and safety reasons so our couriers can safely transport the product.

IMPORTANT: You will need to ensure that the goods are suitably boxed and securely packaged for transit. NOTE: If boxed goods are returned on a pallet (without authorization) you may be liable for a palletized collection surcharge.

EXCEPTION: Products which were delivered on a pallet will also be collected on a pallet. We will facilitate the collection but you will need to supply the pallet and secure the goods.

Terms and Conditions:

·         Failure to drain the fuel and oil and airing the machine may cause the package to be detained at the central distribution hub - this will incur a charge for re-collection which you will be responsible for. (We recommend you drain the petrol and leave the petrol cap off for 24h in a ventilated area, away from any form of ignition to allow any petrol remains to evaporate away).

·         Any damage or loss due to insufficient packaging will not be able to be claimed for from the courier company and will be your responsibility.

·         When your machine is returned to us; if any fault reported is found to be one that is not covered by your warranty then you will be charged for the re-delivery, labor and any parts used.
